Because automotive parts vary significantly in size, weight, and technical specifications (including sensitive components like motors and batteries), we have established a flexible, reliable, and secure global shipping network.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Due to the diverse nature of our SKU catalog, shipping methods are divided into three categories based on weight, volume, and urgency:

3. Order Processing Time

In-Stock Parts: Orders for standard in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

OEM / Special Ordering (Large EPC Catalogs): If a part requires specialized matching or direct sourcing from our tier-1 manufacturer supply chains in China, the processing time may take 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified immediately via email or instant messaging regarding the exact timeline.
4. Shipping Fees & Weight Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensional volume (CBM), and the delivery destination of the package.

Dimensional Weight: For large but light items (such as bumpers, body kits, or spoilers), carriers calculate shipping costs based on the dimensions of the package rather than the actual weight.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Buyers)

Standard Terms (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid): Unless stated otherwise, all international shipments are shipped on a DDU basis. This means the product prices and shipping fees shown at checkout do not include destination import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

Customer Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for complying with all local import regulations and paying any customs fees, VAT, or brokerage fees required by their country's customs office to release the shipment.

Bulk Wholesalers: For full container loads (FCL) or specialized land freight lines (e.g., China-to-Central Asia routes), we can offer alternative trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or DDP) upon contract negotiation.
6. Delivery of Sensitive Automotive Components (Batteries & Motors)
Electric vehicle parts often include high-voltage components, drive motors, or lithium-ion battery packs, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under international transport regulations.

These items cannot be shipped via standard Air Express.

They will be routed through specialized DG-certified sea or land freight channels.

7. Shipment Tracking & Order Inspection

Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be automatically sent to your registered email address (evmotorpart@cjonhk.com can be contacted for manual inquiries).

Inspection Upon Arrival: Automotive parts can occasionally sustain damage during long-distance transit. You must inspect the outer packaging and the components inside before signing the delivery receipt. If any part is damaged or bent, please take high-resolution photos/videos immediately, refuse the shipment if possible, and contact us within 48 hours.
8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, EVmotorpart is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

Customs clearance holdups or intensive inspections.

Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or port/border strikes.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer (please double-check your ZIP code, company name, and phone number).
